Hi, I’m Katie

I’m the founder of Southeast K9 Training, I currently own Baloo (American Akita). Baloo faced some tough behavioural challenges, and I truly relate to other dog owners in similar situations.

Having spent many years in the dog training industry professionally, I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of different dogs, gaining valuable experience in training obedience from a young age. I regularly attend online seminars and courses from various trainers around the world to stay updated with the latest techniques and methodologies.

We specialise in personalised dog training programmes, Doggy day care and Boarding. With a Level 3 Certificate in Dog Training and a Diploma in Canine Communication, I bring a solid educational background to my work. I have participated in in-person seminars with top dog trainers from both the UK and the US, which has enriched my knowledge and skills.
